About Us

We take children from age two through to eighteen, running a variety of different, exciting and energetic kids dance classes in Camberley.  Our dance school in Camberley covers dance classes in Bagshot, Frimley, Blackwater, Farnborough, Deepcut and more as we are very accessible with a large car park.

Our motto is simple, to make dance for children as fun as possible in every class.  We want every child to be included regardless of ability, gender or size.

At Hot Steppers School of Dance we make it a priority to keep up with the latest trends in dance, which is why our staff are qualified in many areas including: Zumba® for Kids, Street Dance, Cheerleading/ cheer dance, musical theatre and more.

We do not run exams as we feel this takes the fun out of dancing and increases pressure.  Instead we put on shows and participate in events and displays.

During the holidays we are pleased to offer school holiday dance activity days and holiday workshops in Camberley.  These cover dance, drama, super fun games and crafting all at competitive prices.  School holiday clubs in Camberley to help entertain the kids!

We also provide extra curricular clubs to schools in Surrey and Hampshire.

Catherine Fanning ZIN

A.I.T.D.A. (F, Chl, ZIN, Zumba for Kids, Zumba Gold)

It’s one thing to be a good dancer but another thing to be able to teach dance.  I have the qualities required to do both.
I have been teaching students for 15 years now and have the ability to speak to them at their level.  I can create fun classes whilst still enforcing rules and keeping them safe.
My skills were gained from on-the-job dance teaching but also from working in a school.
’I am qualified with the I.D.T.A and BBO Dance and I am always adding to my qualifications.
I have active licenses with Zumba, I.D.T.A and BBO Dance enabling us to use their music and set work..

I have a DBS which is registered with the update service, public liability insurance, I have completed a paediatric first aid course as well as a safeguarding children course.  Rest assured they are in safe hands!

I look forward to welcoming you soon.
